The High Performing People Manager
Leading with Emotional Intelligence
A 4-part leadership development series for your current and future people leadersLeading with emotional intelligence isn't “soft leadership.” It's effective leadership.
It’s showing up in a way that drives strong relationships and strong results.
We’ve heard the saying: people don’t leave jobs – they leave managers. As an HR leader, I can confirm this is often true.
But if we strengthen our self-awareness, emotional regulation, social awareness, and relationship management, we become better equipped to build trust, drive stronger outcomes, and create environments where teams can do their best work.
In this leadership development program, we dive into how to lead successfully through the lens of emotional intelligence. Participants not only gain new skills, but a deeper awareness of self and the ability to shift patterns as leaders.

Right now, I only partner with companies who want to train multiple managers from their organization. I do not offer one-off seats in the training program. But that could change in the future. If you’re interested, send this along to your in-house HR team or Executive team!
-
One-off sessions are not available. The content and skills are designed to be taught in a deliberate, multi-session progression.
Each session builds on the previous one, so separating a single session reduces the effectiveness, retention, and opportunity for practical application.
Offering the full four-part series ensures managers have repeated exposure, guided practice, and reinforcement – all of which increase “stickiness” and lead to lasting behavior change.

I’m a former in-house People leader for a scaling venture-backed company, an HR consultant, and someone with over 15 years of people management experience. You're learning from someone who has led teams, coached managers, and navigated the same leadership challenges your managers face every day.
I’m also certified in Mindful Leadership through the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
This program is practical, not just theoretical, incorporating real manager stories, relatable leadership scenarios, reflection exercises, and immediately applicable tools.
While many leadership programs focus primarily on teaching frameworks, this program first takes a step back to explore the neuroscience behind behavior and the foundations of emotional intelligence. Before leaders can effectively apply a framework, they must understand their own emotions, reactions, and patterns (Self-Awareness), and understand the emotions, reactions, and patterns of the people they lead (Social Awareness).
That foundation is what makes every other leadership skill more effective, and serves as the foundation of this training program.
