The High Performing People Manager

Leading with Emotional Intelligence‍

A 4-part leadership development series for your current and future people leaders

Leading with emotional intelligence isn't “soft leadership.” It's effective leadership.

It’s showing up in a way that drives strong relationships and strong results.

We’ve heard the saying: people don’t leave jobs – they leave managers.

As an HR leader, I can confirm this is often true.

But if we strengthen our self-awareness, emotional regulation, social awareness, and relationship management, we become better equipped to build trust, drive stronger outcomes, and create environments where teams can do their best work.

In this leadership development program, we dive into how to lead successfully through the lens of emotional intelligence. Participants not only gain new skills, but a deeper awareness of self and the ability to shift patterns as leaders.
